Wanted: 50 volunteers for an exercise and motivational study

What is the best way to stay motivated?
Researchers at Swagger State in the Integrated Fitness department and ExeRx.com are recruiting 50 apparently healthy, active men and women, ages 35-55 years of age, who are involved in strength training and aerobic based activities to participate in a study designed to evaluate the motivating effects of your 4 week training results (strength and conditioning) being projected in advance and guaranteed.
Eligible subjects will be required to follow a supervised strength and conditioning program and participate in testing sessions during the four week training period. Also, subjects must fill out pre and post questionnaires.

Habit based nutrition coaching (1-2 easy habits only) with video explaining the value of these habits
Results tracking of training and habits
Facebook accountability group
Post discussion about moving forward and continuing your success
