​Great coaching is a one stop shop to get amazing results built around your lifestyle, the time you have available and your unique body and mind.

​​We work together doing face to face training sessions at a regularity and time that suits you. We use this time to ensure your exercise technique is perfect, you know exactly how hard to push yourself on every exercise and your plan is constantly adjusted to perfectly suit your changing body and performance. This keeps you clear of any potential injuries and ensures you are always getting great results on your journey towards your goals.

The rest of the week you get your individual plans delivered conveniently to your phone in our app (SSIFT). These are built to perfectly fit around your lifestyle and save you the time, hassle and cost of having to go to the gym. You can train anywhere you want, whenever you want.

You get much more access to me than you would as just a face to face client. You get my coaching, accountability, training programs and support all week long, not just for one maybe two hours a week we are together in a face-to-face environment. This means we can work together on every single aspect of getting you results and seeing you smash your goals.

I will still be able to check your exercise technique (through our app SSIFT) to ensure you are doing everything correctly when your working on your own.  To make hitting your goals really simple, you will benefit from motivational text, educational email & video, reminders, follow up and support for each training session, every meal and everything you should track

​You will go from seeing me weekly to seeing me occasionally for a check-in.  You will gain more confidence and become more self-sufficient.
Month One:
Two training sessions per week, one or two workouts done on your own.

Month Two:
One training session per week, two or three workouts done on your own.

Month Three:
Two in-house sessions per month, all remaining workouts conducted by
clients on your own.

  • Record and track nutrition habits, goals, lifestyle habits, body stats, activity levels and more.
  • Take and save progress photos instantly.

  • And fill in a food diary or adherence chart.

I Guarantee
Performance Guarantee:  After the purchase of your training program we will assess, project and guarantee you optimal increases in your strength and conditioning levels every 4 weeks.  If you do not improve in both areas (achieve your 4 week projected gains), we will make alterations at our expense and no additional cost to you, the client.

*Maximum allowance of (2) excused cancellations due to emergency or sudden illness every 8 weeks
*There is a 12 hour cancellation policy per scheduled session.
*Must be on time.  A 10 minute or more late arrival is an unexcused absence.
Satisfaction Guarantee:  If, after 30 days, you're not 100% satisfied with your experience in your training program then drop me a message or send email and I will cancel your membership and refund your entire investment with no questions asked.
