Personal training services at Swagger State does not require a gym membership.  All personal training programs are personalized to suit your needs (lose fat, add muscle and increase performance).  Sessions will be a mix of cardiovascular and weight training.

Online Personal Training

You're not based in Conroe or you're too busy to get to the gym?  No problem I can train you online using exercises specifically developed for remote/home training.  Your individual plans will be delivered conveniently to your phone in my app.  Your plans are built to perfectly fit around your lifestyle and save you the time, hassle and maybe the cost of having to go to the gym.  You can train anywhere you want, whenever you want.

* Not able to get to the gym?  Find the gym intimidating?  Or prefer to train outside?  Then this is the option for you.  If you’re based in Conroe area, I can train you in your home or a local park.  Travel fees apply.
1 Step Ahead Foundations
A solid foundation training program and a whole lot of inspiration 
​
​This coaching program is the foundation for our other coaching programs and provides you with the essentials for better health and performance.  1SAFoundations is designed to reduce your risk of injury, alleviate pain and soreness​ while improving your strength, endurance, flexibility and mobility. 
​
​Your semi-private training sessions (2-4 people per session) are designed to teach you the fundamentals of our training sessions.  You will learn the proper form and technique of the basic movements required to achieve optimal results and reduce your risk of injury when you move into our fitness and performance training programs. To begin or move into fitness and performance training programs, we recommend attending at least 8 weeks of 1SAFoundations before beginning or making the move.
 
Our foundations program supports those of you who are
