When a person exercises in a group, has fun and uses everyday functional movements, he or she is far more likely to exercise more often, eat better, have less injuries and lose fat while gaining muscle mass. Our programs provide all of the elements necessary for participants to achieve their fitness goals.

Using body weight, barbells, bands, pulleys, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and stability balls, this outstanding program will take you step-by-step through the process of a sound functional training program. We skillfully manipulate exercise variables to generate clear and steady increases in your performance and desired results while reducing your risk of injury.
Your workouts are designed to push you to your limit and maximize your results. Best of all, each workout is designed to be completed in 45-50 minutes. Challenge yourself with these workouts and enjoy increases in your mobility, endurance and strength while building muscle and reducing body fat.

Through assessment, we’ll identify the movements and muscles involved in your sport/lifestyle, then select the best exercises and programs based on desired results and performance goals. You will train for smooth, fluid movement and prevent muscle imbalances, mobility restrictions, stability problems, and injuries.

At SSAC, our job as performance coaches is to create a better athlete, which means a well-rounded athlete - injury resistant, faster, quicker, and stronger.
We know that athletic development across the lifespan is a complex process that is heavily influenced by the cognitive and physical maturity of the young athlete. Unfortunately, conditioning and fitness programming for the developing athlete have most often been designed around routines initially intended for adult and elite level athletes. Not only is such practice of limited effectiveness, but it can also put the young athlete at risk for acute and chronic injury. (More)
